I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The rooms had a splendid view of the mountains and the water running past, and the little balcony was a nice touch. Although the rooms were basic and simple, they were perfect for a comfortable stay.
The hotel has a great location near Interlaken West and Ost stations, making it ideal for tours to Jungfraujoch and Harder Kulm. The rooms, while clean, felt too warm despite having a fan on and had a modern 'boutique hotel' style that didn't quite work for me. The service from the staff was exceptional, going out of their way to provide travel advice and assistance for my trip to Zermatt.
